These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tyler's Learning Academy website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We provide tutoring and educational services including ESOL, citizenship prep, K–12 tutoring, business writing and more. Sessions are available by appointment.

2. Booking & Payments

Sessions must be booked through our online system.
Each session cost is listed during time of booking and is agreed upon once session has been booked.
Payment is due at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance with a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

4. Code of Conduct

Users agree to:

Treat tutors and staff with respect.
Use services for lawful and educational purposes only.
Not share offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Tyler's Learning Academy and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our services or website.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
